Soy-Seré Coaching & Consulting, in partnership with jobEQ in Belgium offers a professional associate certification program. The program certifies affiliated consultants at the level of Professionals.

iWAM training provides a business opportunity to generate income and broaden your range of service offerings to your clients.

Certified Professional

A certified professional would be someone with extensive (3 years or more) consulting experience, with also administration and feedback of assessment tools, preferably someone with basic familiarity with the meta-programs (thinking structures and patterns) as used for iWAM assessment.

Authority granted by Soy-Seré to certified consultants:

• Coordination of the administration of the iWAM to individuals and groups;

• Generation of iWAM reports;

• Assistance in application of iWAM results with individuals, teams, and organisations and

• The right to use iWAM reports for various individual and organisational client applications for recruitment, training, and coaching purposes.

This certification includes:

• 3-day training in meta-programs (thinking structures and patterns);

• 1-day training in iWAM and

• Setting up of a Closed User Group (web assessment page) for the consultant’s business.

Certified Professionals perform all iWAM-related functions in collaboration with and under the supervision of Soy-Seré Coaching & Consulting.

Certified Associates

A certified associate would be someone within mainly within the HR field, with also administration and feedback of assessment tools, preferably someone with basic familiarity with the meta-programs (thinking structures and patterns) as used for iWAM assessment.

Authority granted by Soy-Seré to certified associate consultants:

• Coordination of the administration of the iWAM to individuals and groups within that specific division/section;

• Generation of iWAM reports;

• Assistance in application of iWAM results with individuals and teams within that organisation;

• The right to use iWAM reports for various individual and organisational applications for recruitment, training, and coaching purposes.

This certification includes:

• 3-day training in meta-programs (thinking structures and patterns);
• 1-day training in iWAM, and
